Robert (Bob) Clarence Macneil

Robert (Bob) Clarence MacNeil 74, New Victoria It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Robert Clarence MacNeil on October 1, 2011, at The New Waterford Consolidated Hospital. Born in Gardner Mines, Bob was the son of the late George and Katherine (Meyers) MacNeil. Bob will be remembered as a generous person who had a passion for helping others, loved working on cars and was an animal lover. Bob is survived by his beloved wife Cathy of 32 years, brothers; Howard, Tim, Bill, Luther and Dana, sisters; Caroline, Margaret and Linda, also many nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he was predeceased by Shelley, Charlie, John, Sherman, David and Edie, Edna, and Hilda.

Visitation:
By Bobs request there will be no visitation. Cremation has taken place under the direction of McLellan Brothers Funeral Home, 3183 Plummer Ave., New Waterford 862-7500.

Service:
Graveside service for the family and friends will be held in Union Grove Cemetery, Wednesday, October 5, 2011 at 5pm with Rev. Duncan Roach officiating.
