Mary Theresa Perfect 'TC' 87, Scotchtown It is with great sadness that we family wish to announce the passing of our beloved mother, sister, aunt , grandmother and great- grandmother, Theresa Mary Perfect, 87 of Scotchtown on Thursday, July 22, 2010 at the New Waterford Consolidated Hospital, with her loving family by her side. Born in New Waterford on October, 15, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Patrick 'Paddy' and Stella (MacPherson) Power. 'TC' had a wonderful sense of humour, that was enjoyed by all who knew her. She was an avid dart shooter, and loved card games. 'TC' enjoyed telling stories to the family and her many friends who loved them everyone of those stories. She was a member of the New Waterford Pensioners Club as well. Theresa is survived by her daughters, Patsy (John) Grant, Diane (Chisholm) MacLennan, Maureen (Billy) Brushett, Colleen (Nick) Timmons, Brenda Perfect (Billy MacAulay) and her son Kevin (Julie); brothers, Brian Power, Cyril (Margie) Power and Johnny (Leona) Power; sisters, Kathleen 'Babs' (Frank) Hareguy and Jean LeMoine. She was blessed with 16 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren. She will be also missed by her numerous nieces and nephews and many great friends Besides her parents, Theresa was also predeceased by her husband Archie Perfect; sons, Cyril, Ronnie and Archie in infancy; brothers Kevin, Pat, Leo, Joe and Finlay; sisters Maureen Chiasson and Patricia in infancy. Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 25, 2010 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. in McLellan Brothers Funeral Home, 3183 Plummer Ave., New Waterford, ( 862-7525). A funeral mass of celebration for Theresa will take place, Monday, July 26, 2010 at 10 a.m. in the Parish Church of St. Leonard, Mount Carmel Ave. Interment will follow in St. Michael's Cemetery, River Ryan, followed by a luncheon in Theresa's honour at the Parish Hall, 310 Convent St., New Waterford all are welcome. Donations in Theresa's memory can be made to a charity of one's choice.
