Louise Roach

It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of our sister, aunt, godmother and friend, Louise Marie Roach on February 11, 2013. Born in Cheticamp, Louise was the daughter of the late Leo and Marie – Terese Roach. Louise is survived by her only brother Cyril (Brenda) Roach and their children, sons Cyril Jr (Jacenta LeBlanc), Steven, daughter Shannon (Anthony Kliza), lifelong friend Maryena (Michael) Yurczyszyn, their son and Louise’s godson, Michael Francis and also godson Jimmy Nemis. Louise was a member of the New Waterford Pensioners Club and the seniors dart league. She was just settling into retired life at Hill Crest Senior’s Complex and will be missed by her many friends she made at the former Catalog Teleservices call center in New Waterford. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her good friend Shirley Nemis. Cremation has taken place and a mass to celebrate Louise's life will be held in the Parish of Saint Leonard Friday, February 15th at 2 p.m. with Father Ray Huntley officiating. Burial in Mount Carmel Cemetery, New Waterford, followed by a luncheon at the K.O.C., Plummer Ave. Arrangements are under the direction of Mclellan Brothers Funeral Home, 3183 Plummer Ave., New Waterford, 862- 7500.
