John Charles Cook

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our husband, father and grandfather John Charles Cook, on Saturday, March 1, 2014 at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital with his loving wife by his side. John is survived by his loving wife Shirley, daughters Sandi Cook (Scott MacDermott), Montreal; Joy (Richard) Boyd, Toronto; grandchildren Charlie and Amanda, mother in-law Fay, brother’s in-law Mike (Pat), Toronto; Larry (Arlene), Toronto, sister’s in-law Marsha (Larry), Montreal; Barbara (Howard), Toronto; as well as many nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. As John’s wishes there will be no service or committal. The family will be having a get together, Thursday from 5 to 8 at the house for anyone who would like to come to pay their respects.
