Isabelle Willena Macisaac

It is with great sorrow and broken hearts that we the family announce the sudden passing of our loving mother, Isabelle MacIsaac on July 9, 2018 in the Cape Breton Regional Hospital with her family by her side. Born February 2, 1941, she was the daughter of the late William and Carmella (Fortune) Cadden.

Isabelle was devoted to her home and children and once the grandchildren arrived, they were her whole life. She enjoyed reading and was a member of the New Waterford Pensioners Club.

She is survived by sons Jimmy (Maureen), New Waterford, Kenny (Lisa), Halifax and Stephen (Crystal), Calgary; daughters Willena (Lorne) MacDonald, New Waterford and Donna McDaniel, Margaree; grandchildren Garett(Cathy), Lesley (Johnson), Bianca (Mitch), Jamie, Gregory, Justin, Miranda (Tristan), Claudia, Madison, Steve, Savanah; great-grandchildren Roisin, Jack, Isaac and Millie, and many nieces and nephews and special friend Dawn.

Besides her parents, she was also predeceased by her husband Jimmy; sister Eileen (Cadden) Odo, and son-in-law Frankie McDaniel.

Cremation has taken place and a chapel service will be held Friday, July 13th at 11 am in the funeral home chapel with Fr. Ray Huntley officiating. Internment in Union Grove Cemetery
followed by a luncheon in the parish hall, Convent St. and all are welcome.
