He is survived by his daughters Linda (Joseph) Pasher of London Ontario, FaithAnn (Murray) Buck of New Waterford; son John (Joanne) Haley of Margaree; brothers Billy (Shirley), Leonard (Claire); grandchildren Kimberly Anne MacKinnon, Troy (Karen) Joie (Michal Zebrowski) Branden (Megan Hillis) Pasher, Tanya, Jennifer (Garrett Flint) Melissa (Darren Robicheau) Anderson, Matthew Yetman, Rick (Angela) and Ryan Haley; great grandchildren Braidon and Breagha (Kimberly), Luke, Brian (Tanya), Brooklyn & Brady (Jennifer), Haley & Alex (Melissa), Taylor (Rick), Avery (Ryan), Wesley (Branden).

It gives us great comfort that he can finally rest and be reunited with the loved ones who left before him. Waiting to usher him in is his loving wife Bertha (LeDrew), his sons David and Richard Haley, his granddaughter Joanne Leigh Horne and his sister Edwina ‘Dinny’ Kavanaugh (Haley).

We would like to sincerely thank all of the nurses and staff at Harbourstone Nursing home in Mira Bay. Your excellent care provided such warmth that we all found comfort in.

Miss Me But Let Me Go

When I come to the end of the road

And the sun has set for me

I want no rites in a gloom-filled room.

Why cry for a soul set free?

Miss me a little–but not too long

And not with your head bowed low.

Remember the love that we once shared,

Miss me–but let me go.

For this is a journey that we all must take

And each must go alone.

It's all a part of the Master's plan,

A step on the road to home.

When you are lonely and sick of heart

Go to the friends we know

And bury your sorrows in doing good deeds.

Miss Me–But Let me Go!
