It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of their dear mother, grandmother and sister, Bridget Lozinski on July 17th at the New Waterford Consolidated Hospital, surrounded by herloving family. Born in New Waterford she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Angeine (Ranson) Hurley. Bridget was a homemaker who enjoyed ceramics, knitting, crocheting and gardening, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family. Her and her late husband Bill were the ones who guided and kept the family together, we hope through their spirit and love this will continue. She is survived by sons Stanley (Carol), Pius (Tina), Frank (Bonnie) Wally (Ivy); daughters Bernice Lozinski, Polly (Ray) Keeping and Gloria McMullin; sister Annie Fortune, brothers Willie and Wilfred (Duck)Hurley and numerous grandchildren , great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Besides her parents, she was also predeceased by her loving husband of 65 years, Bill, daughter Rose in infancy; sisters Mary Rice, Florence Campbell, Theresa Gouthro, Margie MacNeil,; brothers Mike (Iky), Joe, Tommy and Dougie. Visitation will take place on Friday, July 20th from 2-4 and 7-9 and a funeral mass to celebrate Bridget`s life will be Saturday, July 21st at 10 am in the Parish of Saint Leonard with Fr. Victor Ozoufunaya and Deacon Leo Penny officiating. A reception will be held in the parish hall, Convent St. Cremation to take place and burial to follow in Mount Carmel Cemetery.
