William Sharpe 'Billy' Morrison

With deep sadness the family of William Sharpe "Billy" Morrison announce his passing on June 17th at the New Waterford Consolidated Hospital surrounded by his loved ones and dear friends. Born in New Waterford he was the son of the late William and Hazel (Lorimer) Morrison. Billy enjoyed a good game of cards with family and friends, country music and good food. Friendship came easily to Billy and the loyalty he so readily gave to so many is evident in the number of relationships he has nurtured throughout his 68 years. Billy is survived by his loving wife Evelyn (Delaney) of 48 years, adored daughter Heather (Sandy McNeil) and cherished granddaughter Victoria (St.FXU), sisters Arlene (Phil), Devereaux, Sydney River and Doreen Smith, Hawaii, brothers Hughie, New Victoria, Bobby (Margie), USA and Davey (Margurite), Windsor,NS Besides his parents, Billy is also predeceased by sisters Fran and Kay.

Visitation:
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 19th from 2-4 and 7-9 pm.

Service:
Cremation has taken place as per his wishes. Funeral Service will be on Monday, June20th at 2 pm in Calvin United Church, Hudson St., New Waterford with Rev. Duncan Roach officiating. Burial to follow in Lingan Cemetery,and luncheon in Calvin Hall.
