It is with great sadness that the family announce the passing of Elizabeth McIntosh on Sept. 17, 2021
at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, Sydney, with her loving family by her side.

Born on October 3,1963, she was the daughter of the late Neil T. and Marguerite ( Hennessey)
McIntosh.

Elizabeth was a very courageous woman and fought a hard battle with cancer for the past two years.
Her pride and joy was her son Dakota. She liked cooking and was very fond of her dog Lilly. She also enjoyed dancing and playing darts.

She is survived by her son Dakota, brothers Charles (Sharon), Francis (Susan), Joseph and Russell; sisters Anna Skinner and Carol (Joe) Henry.

Besides her parents, she was also predeceased by brothers Junior, Henry, sister Donna and brother-in-law Carl Skinner.

Cremation has taken place and a chapel service will be held Wednesday, Sept. 22. 2021 at 11 a.m.
with Father Peter McLeod officiating. Interment in Mount Carmel Cemetery. Reception to follow at
the Army, Navy and Airforce, Smith St., New Waterford.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of McLellan Brothers Funeral Home, 3183 Plummer
Ave., New Waterford 902-862-7500.

Covid-19 protocols will be in place, with masks being worn and social distancing.
