It is with great sadness the family announce the passing of their father and brother, Reginald MacLellan on July 9, 2012 at Harbourstone Enchanced Care, Sydney, NS. Born in New Waterford, he was the son of the late William and Jessie (Morrison) MacLellan. Reginald was in the Air Force for 26 years and a member of the New Waterford Pensioners Club. He is survived by daughters Janette (John) Blais, White Lake, Ont., Kimberly Anne (Ed), Cold Lake, Alberta, son Steven, Ottawa; sisters Shirley (Billy) Doyle, Sheila( (Neil) MacMillan ; brothers Wayne (Cathy) , Steve (Lylie) , Hector (Catherine) , grandchildren Tyler, Katrina, Calvin, Josh and Gaia, as well as nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was also predeceased by brothers John Angus, in infancy, William, Bernard, Allan and Sister Mary Elizabeth. Cremation has taken place and a chapel service to celebrate Reginald`s life will be held on Saturday, July 14th 10 am at McLellan Brothers Funeral Home, 3183 Plummer Ave.,New Waterford 862-7500 with Father Ray Huntley officiating.
